Jeho prvotní touha má být pomsta, ovšem jak už bývá u série Assassins Creed pravidlem, příběh bude mnohem hlubšího rázu, na programu také samozřejmě bude i válka mezi Asasíny a Templáři. Do popředí by se měl dostat i Desmondův příběh.
Herní svět nebude tak úplně, jak ho známe. Na druhém místě skončil, jen tak pro představu, nový ročník fotbalové série FIFA, přičemž Medal of Honor: Warfighter se z první příčky propadl až na šestou.
